TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR APPLICATION. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. INTRODUCTION

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Operator of the Loyalty Rewards Application ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms herein.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION

The Application is intended solely as a digital loyalty platform for participating restaurants. It facilitates the distribution and redemption of digital loyalty rewards in the form of non-monetary points ("Loyalty Money") and discount coupons. These rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value outside of the platform.

The application alone has no control over the redemption process. It is important to understand that coupon acceptance is at the sole discretion of participating restaurants.

The scope is currently limited to the Rogovilc restaurant in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

2.a SIMPLE APPLICATION SUMAMRY

User can see their active coupons in the application. They can choose among those coupons, and order food for which a discount may be applied. Alternatively, loyalty points can also be assigned to user via coupons.

3. REWARDS AND REDEMPTION

3.1 Coupons distributed through the platform are offered free of charge and categorized as follows:

3.2 The loyalty points (referred to herein as "Loyalty Money") accrued by the User cannot be converted into actual currency, deposited into or withdrawn from any financial institution, nor transferred to third parties. They serve exclusively as digital tokens within the Application's loyalty ecosystem.

3.3 Redemption of Loyalty Money shall be effected through the presentation of the User's unique QR code to a restaurant waiter, who will input the amount to deduct from the User's balance. Discount coupons are single-use and expire immediately upon redemption.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

4.1 To access the Application, Users must register using a valid email address and create a secure password. Accounts are categorized into roles: general user, administrator, and waiter.

4.2 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

5. DATA COLLECTION AND SYSTEM USAGE

5.1 The Application may collect and store specific device metadata for the purpose of ensuring secure transactions and providing tailored functionality, including:

6. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Loyalty Money and discount coupons shall have no cash value and may only be used within participating physical restaurants.

6.2 The coupons are offered as a pure benefit to users, but must be acknowledged (via scanning the QR codes) and honored by the restaurant chains through their waiters. The application itself provides no end-to-end transaction processing and was not designed for that purpose. Restaurants can gift coupons to users to track and spend within the application, but the application alone has no control over the redemption process. Users understand that coupon acceptance is at the sole discretion of participating restaurants. The app developers bear no liability for unredeemed, refused, or expired coupons.

6.3 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Application and shall not be liable for any loss of data, rewards, or access due to technical issues or misuse.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DATA DELETION

Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time through the app or via official support channels. Upon such request, all stored data, including loyalty balances and coupon history, will be permanently erased unless legally required otherwise.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at our discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
